Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. Additionally, he is director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastorate, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet and an author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives with God's Unchangeable The Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three kids.
